Marketing and Business Development Specialist

Our Digital Marketing - B2B TeamWe're numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients' pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys. Our team at the Hamburg location focuses on Personal Branding, Lead Research and Personal Outreach and is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Consultant - Focus Lead Research & Outreach. The goal is to support our clients in developing strategies and tactics that help them improve their marketing and increase their sales.
Key Responsibilities- Work together with our Marketing & Business Development team on client projects
- Run first market research of target groups and conduct potential analyses of industries, customers, competitors and other market variables
- Conceptualize, implement and use different tools to efficiently search for companies and individuals, which is called Lead Research (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Echobot, etc.) for clients as pre-sales support
- Prepare the results according to the customers' wishes, e.g. in an Excel file, so that the results can be easily uploaded into the CRM system
- Draft ABM campaigns on LinkedIn to warm up leads in an attractive way with the support of the Performance Marketing team
- Set up a tool stack and tactics for sales i. e. by setting up a tool for automated LinkedIn Outreach or by setting up Sales E-Mail Sequences
- Ability to quickly and independently find your way around various web-based tools and software
- Ability to stay focused and concentrated in process- and detail-oriented work
- Analytical as well as quality and solution oriented
- Show initiative and can prioritize tasks independently
- Precise in your work and have an eye for detail
- Ability to read data and draw sound conclusions from it. You are able to present this data in a clear and understandable manner
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (both at least C1 level)
- Interesting insights in several companies from traditional German and international brands to online pure players
