Senior People Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Business Partner to join our People & Relations team at MOIA Operations Germany GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic people initiatives and providing expert advice to our business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning activities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies
- Proven experience in HR business partnering
- Strong understanding of HR concepts and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in English
