Job Title: Senior People Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for structuring, coordinating, and leading HR processes, as well as supporting our leadership team in preparing and executing feedback talks and high-level communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate key HR processes, including structuring and following up on various HR issues, ensuring compliance with German labor law regulations.
  • Support our leadership team in day-to-day questions and challenges, including career development, promotions, critical feedback, and contract terminations.
  • Contribute to the strategy for hiring, onboarding, and setting up new employees, including discussing and deciding on hiring needs, preparing job descriptions, and publishing job posts through various channels.
  • Design and implement talent management initiatives to support personal and professional excellence across the team.
Requirements:
  • At least 9 years of generalist HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
  • Experience in leading complex processes, following up until completion, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Familiarity with German employment law and ability to work in a developing, fluid, and constantly changing company environment.
  • Full working proficiency in English and German, with French or Spanish as a plus.
