Renesas is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Engineer to drive the market introduction of our next generation MCU worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a global team member to drive the market introduction of Renesas next generation MCU.
- Collect, define, and closely follow up on global customer requirements.
- Develop and drive market introduction plans worldwide, including leading customers and market segments.
- Ensure the availability and drive responsible departments for the complete product package, including documentation, starter kits, and software.
- Produce public marketing materials such as whitepapers, press releases, and webinars.
- Work with internal marketing teams and design sections to define and follow up on roadmaps for Renesas microcontroller products.
- Collaborate with internal support teams for Renesas products.
- Coordinate and effectively exchange information with our Renesas Headquarter in Japan.
- Graduate in Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in the automotive market, including Carmaker and Tier 1 requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of embedded microcontrollers and ecosystems.
- Good understanding of technical requirements and customer expectations.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (preferable).
- Experience with software IT infrastructure and standard PC tools (MS-Office).
- Ideal experience in automotive system design, E/E architecture, customer negotiations, product definition, and requirement management.
