Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, optimizing operations, and developing new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our founder in all areas of operations, including inventory planning, supplier negotiations, and order tracking.
  • Contribute to new product development processes and ensure their successful launch.
  • Optimize company processes and take ownership of high-impact projects, such as B2B sales channel development.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making for both brands.
  • Identify and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities within the company, such as implementing an NPS system or referral program.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field, such as startup, venture capital, or consulting.
  • Strong interest in key performance indicators (KPIs) and a desire to continuously optimize them.
  • Hands-on approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • University degree in a field related to economics.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Residence in Berlin.
