Position: E-Commerce Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing the online store utilizing popular E-Commerce platforms.
  • Managing product listings, including visuals, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Supervising order processing and inventory oversight.
  • Addressing customer queries and providing support for customer service.
  • Strategizing and implementing online marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluating shop performance and generating reports for enhancement.
  • Collaborating with IT service providers to maintain technical functionality and security.
  • Keeping abreast of E-Commerce trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications
  • Degree in E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, particularly in developing and managing online stores.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento.
  • Expertise in analytical tools and online marketing strategies.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with CMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
