- We are seeking a highly skilled Application Management Specialist to join our team at E GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the application management process, ensuring seamless integration with other departments and stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Service Ticket Management: Receive, categorize, and prioritize service tickets in accordance with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Problem Analysis and Resolution: Investigate and analyze service tickets to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate problem-solving efforts.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document service ticket activities, including all actions taken, communications, and solutions implemented.
- Team Collaboration: Participate actively in meetings and discussions within the Application Management Team to develop improvement suggestions and promote best practices.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT Support, to ensure a seamless integration of solutions.
- Process Improvement: Regularly review and update processes and procedures to continuously improve efficiency and quality of service.
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in IT and application management.
- Key qualifications include:
- Education and Experience: Completed education or degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Experience in service ticket management or IT support is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of ticket management systems and tools for troubleshooting.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
