E-Commerce Solution Owner

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Solution Owner to join our team at Computacenter. As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our solutions in the area of customer integrations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Actively gather information and feedback on the solution and stay up-to-date with relevant market trends.
- Develop the solution further and create a roadmap for planned new features.
- Be the primary point of contact and expert for the solution and its development.
- Understand business requirements for the solution's development and articulate them clearly.
- Monitor the performance of the solution you are responsible for.
- Coordinate activities of involved business areas for larger implementation projects.
- Support customer situations related to your specific solution throughout its lifecycle (design, implementation, in-life).
- Participate in meetings with sales and management to present your solution.
- Ensure that other business areas work according to the company's operating model and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Be responsible for effective escalation management.
- Identify critical points for future business success and provide analyses and recommendations to senior management for larger changes.
Your Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the E-Commerce field and are always up-to-date with the latest developments.
- You are familiar with technologies and platforms like BTP, ServiceNow, or the SAP Business Network, and are also an expert in commercial processes and possess relevant Procure-to-Pay (P2P) knowledge.
- Your extensive knowledge of the IT industry helps you understand the specific requirements of our customers better, and your good communication skills emphasize your professional demeanor.
- You are highly motivated, goal-oriented, and implementation-strong and work well in international teams.
- Complexity is no issue for you, as your project management skills ensure you always maintain a clear overview and full control.
