Position Overview

As a Client Relationship Consultant at Eventinc GmbH, you will serve as a guiding force, crafting optimal solutions for our partners. With a blend of empathy, communication, and innovative thinking, you will lead your designated region towards success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and enhance relationships with existing partners while establishing new business connections.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services that add value to our partners.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Maintain continuous communication with Sales Managers, the Partner Success Team, and Customer Service.
  • Act as the representative of Eventinc GmbH in your region, focusing on sustainable relationship management, fair negotiations, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications We Appreciate
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of sportsmanship and ambition.
  • A passion for building and nurturing long-term partner relationships.
  • Proficient in constructive negotiation and adept at resolving conflicting interests; excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • A high level of initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive in seeking solutions and implementing improvements.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from executives to grassroots teams.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English are highly desirable.
