As a vital member of the Out Of Home sales division, you represent not only the Red Bull ethos but also act as a key brand ambassador. Your role is set in a vibrant and competitive landscape, managing a diverse range of outlets including kiosks, bakeries, small dining establishments, and ethnic grocery stores. Your primary focus is on enhancing both horizontal and vertical distribution through innovative and targeted strategies, while simultaneously boosting brand visibility to drive sales within your designated area.

This full-time role, which is initially structured for a two-year term, allows you to flourish within a driven and dependable team.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage your personal strengths to make a significant impact:

  • Oversee both existing and prospective Out Of Home clients, ensuring a robust presence with strategic point-of-sale tools. Assess customer potential in your territory, plan strategically, and improve product distribution while creating visibility that encourages purchasing behavior. Identify opportunities to broaden business beyond current accounts, seeking new prospects for Red Bull in the Out Of Home market.
  • Serve as a liaison for your clients, working in conjunction with other sales divisions to maximize value. Through ongoing communication with team members, you will achieve effective management of customer segments. Your personality not only engages clients but also reflects essential Red Bull values.
  • Establish a solid groundwork through administrative duties and data management, concentrating on critical components. Utilize reporting to share achievements, motivate colleagues, and document regional growth effectively.
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong passion for sales and networking is essential.
