With a global workforce exceeding 250 professionals and offices in multiple cities, we assist over 4,000 clients in achieving swift certifications and establishing robust risk management frameworks. Through AI-driven automation, self-service options, and tailored expert guidance, we provide our clients with a seamless experience in security and compliance, enabling them to stay ahead of the fast-evolving landscape of cyber threats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate business opportunities and revenue by leading DataGuard's comprehensive partner strategy focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Establish a highly effective partner management framework, executing our strategic partner initiatives.
  • Identify and onboard the most promising partners across various segments, including multinational system integrators, IT service providers, and distributors.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners and ensure ongoing support and planning of collaborative activities throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Enhance our success with existing key partners, coordinating efforts across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Develop and implement joint business strategies with top-tier partners, including marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with channel partners on significant co-selling opportunities, advocating for value-based pricing strategies and structuring agreements to maximize success rates.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a partner management team, scaling it in alignment with your achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in partner channel sales within the B2B SaaS sector, preferably in regulated or complex industries.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching new growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or digital business models.
  • Knowledge in areas such as Cyber Security, Compliance, Data Privacy, GRC, or IT Infrastructure is advantageous.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset essential for thriving in a scaling organization.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience guiding and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
