- Order Monitoring: Collaborate closely with order teams to oversee ongoing orders and ensure timely generation and distribution of customer invoices in accordance with contractual billing terms.
- Contract Oversight: Manage customer contracts, including modifications and extensions, and assess their implications on invoicing and working capital.
- Fee Management: Handle adjustments, write-offs, and transfers, while ensuring compliance with the order team's audit and approval processes regarding advances and retainers.
- Communication Liaison: Proactively engage with management and order teams to address inquiries and concerns related to receivables and ongoing orders, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and cash collection.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the value chain from order to payment through proactive collaboration with colleagues, including customer interaction, contract evaluation, invoicing, and revenue realization.
- Working Capital Management: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes within the Working Capital Management sector and implement optimized tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business administration.
- Preferred experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
