About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Order Manager to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our global supply chain, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing international orders from receipt to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international customer and distributor relationships from contract receipt to implementation.
  • Independently handle commercial and logistical aspects of equipment deliveries, including coordination and planning.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to coordinate orders across countries.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including supply chain management, finance, and aftersales.
  • Maintain accurate master data and current information in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Commercial or technical education and prior experience in order management, sales, or a related field.
  • Structured, goal-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to improve and develop processes.
  • Excellent English skills and proficiency in Spanish or French (spoken and written).
