We are seeking an Order Coordinator Assistant to join our multicultural team in Munich. As a key member of our Order Coordination Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of our products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless order handling
  • Plan and execute centralized updates on SAP
  • Monitor product availability and capacity planning to meet customer requirements
  • Process deliveries for shipment and maintain up-to-date order documentation
Requirements
  • Commercial education
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a service-oriented and international environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency or change of setup
  • Team player with a good sense of humor and motivated to get things done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Direct, honest, and open communication style
  • Good organizational and computer skills with knowledge of integrated ERP solutions
  • Business fluency in German and English
