Master Data Coordinator for Product Management

As a prominent entity in the cosmetics sector, Estée Lauder Companies operates across more than 150 nations, passionately delivering innovative beauty solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance data maintenance workflows within SAP, ensuring effective data provision and exchange among Brand Teams, Sales, and Retail Partners.
- Drive continuous improvements in catalog synchronization with Retail Partners and B2B platforms to maximize service efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with external service providers tasked with data management.
- Engage with department heads and business stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive end-to-end data models, facilitating electronic master data exchanges with Retail Partners through EDI standards (EANCOM, GS1, GDSN).
- Contribute to cross-functional process enhancements.
- Serve as the primary contact and advisor for all master data-related inquiries across departments.
Qualifications:
- Completed education or training with a focus on business administration.
- Initial experience in master data management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
- Understanding of GS1 standards and database architectures.
- Basic experience in electronic data interchange.
- Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, SAP-Analysis for Excel); knowledge of SAP and other IT tools (Power BI) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to think entrepreneurially and work independently.
- A collaborative team player with a cross-functional mindset.
- Fluent in both German and English.
