Your Role: Product Master Data Coordinator

As a Product Master Data Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information across our systems. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Brand Teams, Sales, and Retail Partners, to maintain and optimize our master data.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and monitor data maintenance processes within SAP, ensuring seamless data provision and exchange between departments.
  • Continuously improve the synchronization of product catalogs with Retail Partners and B2B applications to enhance service efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with our external service provider responsible for data management activities.
  • Work alongside the department head and business stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive data models and drive electronic master data exchange with Retail Partners using industry-standard EDI protocols (EANCOM, GS1, GDSN).
  • Participate in cross-functional process optimization initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact and advisor for all departments on matters related to master data management.
Qualifications:
  • A completed training or degree with a commercial focus.
  • Prior experience in master data management, ideally within the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with GS1 standards and database structures.
  • Experience with electronic data exchange processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Power Query), SAP knowledge, and other IT skills (Power BI) are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English.
