Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate data maintenance workflows within SAP, ensuring effective data sharing and communication between Brand Teams, Sales, and Retail Partners.
- Enhance catalog synchronization with Retail Partners and B2B platforms to maximize service efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with external service providers tasked with data upkeep.
- Work alongside department heads and business stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive end-to-end data models, promoting electronic master data interchange with Retail Partners utilizing EDI standards (EANCOM, GS1, GDSN).
- Engage in cross-departmental process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact and advisor for all master data-related inquiries across departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed education or training with a focus on business administration.
- Initial experience in master data management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
- Understanding of GS1 standards and database architectures.
- Some familiarity with electronic data interchange.
- Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, SAP-Analysis for Excel), with knowledge of SAP and other IT tools (Power BI) being advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a capacity for cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in both German and English.
