Surgical Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities

You will design, enhance, and deliver training programs focused on surgical products and procedures for internal personnel, including sales representatives, product managers, and local trainers.
- Your training initiatives will encompass both onboarding and ongoing education for our sales teams.
- You will create and implement innovative training methodologies.
- You will develop and refresh blended-learning resources.
- You will assess the effectiveness and sustainability of training sessions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- You will collaborate closely with our EMEA Product Management team.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Educational Science, or Psychology.
- Proficient in digital media skills for both online and in-person training, along with the development of training materials.
- A foundational understanding of medical concepts.
- Preferably, experience as a trainer within the medical sector, particularly in surgery and surgical devices.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- A strong interest and enthusiasm for medical technology.
- Exceptional communication and instructional abilities.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel as required.
