Key Responsibilities
As a Surgical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and enhancing training programs aimed at internal personnel, including sales representatives, product managers, and local trainers. Your role encompasses:
- Conducting comprehensive onboarding sessions and ongoing educational initiatives for our sales teams.
- Crafting and rolling out innovative training methodologies.
- Creating and revising blended-learning resources.
- Assessing the effectiveness and longevity of training programs, as well as ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborating closely with our EMEA Product Management team.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Educational Science, or Psychology. Additional qualifications include:
- Proficiency in digital and in-person training methodologies and the development of educational materials.
- A foundational understanding of medical concepts.
- Preferably, prior experience as a trainer within the medical sector, particularly in surgery and surgical instruments.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- A strong passion for medical technology.
- Exceptional communication and instructional skills.
- Strong organizational and presentation capabilities.
- A collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel as required.
