About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Trainer Surgical Specialist to join our team at Olympus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs for our internal staff, with a focus on products, procedures, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new sales staff
- Develop and implement new training concepts to enhance sales performance
- Create and update blended-learning materials to support sales teams
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with our EMEA Product Management team to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Education Science, or Psychology
- Highly skilled in media competencies for online and on-site training, with experience in creating training materials
- Basic medical background and preferably experience as a trainer in the medical field, specifically in surgery and Surgical Devices
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology
- High communication and teaching skills, with excellent organization and presentation skills
- Team player with a willingness to travel
