About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Trainer Surgical Specialist to join our team at Olympus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal staff, focusing on products, procedures, and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement new training concepts, including onboarding training and continuous learning initiatives.
- Create and update blended-learning materials, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Evaluate the success of training programs and their sustainability, as well as the quality of training delivered.
- Collaborate with our EMEA Product Management team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Education Science, or Psychology.
- Highly skilled in media competencies for online and on-site training, with expertise in creating training materials.
- Basic medical background and experience as a trainer in the medical field, specifically in surgery and Surgical Devices.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology, with high communication and teaching skills.
- Excellent organization and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel.
