About the Role

Raisin is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our B2B Partnerships Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new partners, as well as managing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Support the B2B Partnerships team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including preparation and participation in meetings with potential partners.
  • Content Management: Create and update client documents and templates using Adobe Acrobat and MS Word, ensuring high-quality and accuracy.
  • Online Banking System Management: Manage partners, banks, products, and documents in our Content Management Systems, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize MS Excel and our Business Intelligence application to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Support in Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with contract management, partner and customer communication, and other administrative tasks as needed.
About You
  • You are currently enrolled in university and possess a strong interest in IT and business development.
  • You have a proven ability to acquire new skills on the job and are eager to learn and grow with our team.
  • You possess excellent English skills and German language proficiency at the B2 level.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and are able to balance teamwork with autonomy.
  • You have outstanding analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
