Senior Associate Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Consultant to join our team at ITL Germany. As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in anchoring engagement efforts for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects involving SAP Modules (FI/CO/SD/MM/EWM/ABAP/PP/QM/TM) and Logistics areas, executing necessary changes in configuration and resolving functional defects.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare and review functional specifications.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for delivery and track and report deliverables to clients.
- Build training needs for the team and develop a training program for better performance.
- Prepare test cases based on functional specifications and work on interface issues.
- Create documentation, including functional specs, functional design, back-out plans, testing results, and root cause analysis documents.
- Participate in proposals and RFPs, coordinating with clients to understand requirements and discuss functional issues.
- Interact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails, handling client escalations.
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior functional consultants and technical teams.
Requirements
- Good domain knowledge in SAP Modules.
- Good integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA components, including logistics and production.
- Preferred to be S4 HANA certified.
- Hands-on knowledge in working with interfaces with 3rd party applications.
- Strong working knowledge in pricing and rebate processes.
- Good working experience in production support and ability to lead a team of SAP consultants.
- Experience in working on implementations/Roll Outs/Global Production support.
- Full cycle implementation experience in SAP R/3.
- Diverse experience including business process analysis, implementation process, SAP system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance, end-user training, and production support.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
