Job Title: Senior Associate - M&A (Buy-Side)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our M&A team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in all phases of the M&A process, from initial research and analysis to deal execution and post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market and company research, including financial analysis, to identify potential acquisition targets and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the M&A process, including initial meetings, data collection, and presentation of findings.
  • Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of M&A deals, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other team members to achieve business objectives and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in M&A, transaction services, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
