About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join our Pre-Construction team within TES Global Engineering Services (GESS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex industrial projects from site selection to design completion, permitting, and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with design teams and stakeholders to drive project performance.
  • Oversee professional service providers to ensure their skills meet project requirements.
  • Negotiate costs with developers, contractors, and design consultants.
  • Estimate costs, manage due diligence, schedule tracking, and forecasting.
  • Supervise the implementation and management of Amazon's safety programs and standards.
  • Drive accountability for results and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in project management, real estate development, architecture, or design.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary design and project management.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated success in communicating with various audiences.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
