Join Our Mission at Doctolib

We are looking to enhance our team with a Senior Sales Executive for the Western Region, specializing in Radiology (x/f/m) on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Doctolib within your designated area, which encompasses the entire western part of Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the entire sales cycle for large radiology clients, from initial contact through to implementation.
  • You will provide both strategic and operational support to selected major clients.
  • You will negotiate framework and individual contracts with our clients.
  • You will assist Key Accounts during the technical integration process and engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • You will define and monitor key performance indicators relevant to your role.

Your Profile

To become a part of our team, you should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of engaging with Key Accounts at the C-level.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by a high degree of initiative and a strong desire to drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy, enabling you to understand complex processes and tailor our products to meet client needs.
  • Ideally, prior experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is also desirable.
  • Strong networking abilities and a consistently professional demeanor.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and courtesy are fundamental to your work ethic.
  • Fluency in German at a native level and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
