Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the health and safety of our employees and clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational safety professionals to achieve our health and safety goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in occupational safety, such as the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational safety, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing health and safety programs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
