Senior EHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EHS Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of occupational health and safety across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on all occupational health and safety issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead and coordinate the EHS management system, including planning, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of EHS-related actions and projects.
- Conduct EHS audits and maintain the management system, including the creation of regulations and specifications.
- Enable managers to assess specific occupational safety requirements and document them as part of risk assessments.
- Coordinate training of safety officers and managers on occupational health and safety.
- Support the implementation of our internal EHS compliance tool.
- Review the implementation and execution of occupational health and safety, identify hazards, and analyze risk potential.
- Develop safety standards and protection targets with managers.
- Support the development and implementation of EHS training programs, retraining measures, and communication activities.
- Advise CS regions worldwide on all EHS issues and provide support in analyzing and defining protective measures.
- Analysis of monthly reports with feedback to country EHS organizations.
- Creation and tracking of KPIs in CS BE&EHS.
- Creation of CS EHS campaigns, surveys, and support policy creation from central IN EHS.
- Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering, desirable: Master's degree.
- Many years of professional experience in the field of EHS.
- Ideal completion of training as an occupational safety specialist.
- Several years of professional experience as a safety specialist (in terms of EHS).
- Additional training in EHS, such as radiation protection, laser protection, or hazardous goods, as well as experience in environmental protection (emission and water protection) may be an advantage.
- Experience and proven understanding of EHS-related requirements, strong in analyzing and structuring challenges, and clear and goal-oriented demeanor.
- Experience and proven success in the implementation of large projects/programs, as well as affinity and experience in dealing with digitization solutions, applications, and data analysis.
- Decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills, planning and organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
