Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction site activities and ensure quality, cost, and schedule control for earthworks, concrete works, and technical building equipment of an office building
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and manage engineering firms, consultants, and service providers
  • Participate in project teams, handle project documentation and reporting
  • Organize and monitor performance specifications, actively participate in contract negotiations
  • Manage necessary approval processes according to construction, environmental, and water laws, promote a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in building construction projects preferred
  • Strong independence, initiative, teamwork, and assertiveness, with proficiency in German language
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, AVA, and SAP is beneficial
  • Travel readiness for projects and a Class B driver's license is required
