Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team at DDB Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cross-media campaigns and projects for our automotive client SEAT/CUPRA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative ideas and concepts that meet the client's objectives
- Work closely with the strategy and creation team to develop creative briefs for short-term, mid-term, and long-term projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and present compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including the marketing mix and digital marketing channels
- Passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
