Your Responsibilities

  • Support our Sales Team: Collaborate with our sales team to establish new customer contacts and maintain existing relationships
  • Customer Communication: Provide personalized, phone, and written customer support and correspondence
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system and analyze customer satisfaction
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate customer meetings, presentations, conferences, and trade show appearances
  • General Office Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support your team's success
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to inform strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed Education
  • Experience in a sales-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Language Skills, particularly fluent German and English
  • Understanding of technical concepts
  • Organizational Skills, Communication Strength, and Independence
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
