- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams to drive operational efficiency and process improvement through effective communication, coordination, and teamwork.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within the logistics industry, with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate decentralized teams.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on achieving ambitious results.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience (10 years +) in the logistics or transportation industry, with a solid knowledge of the global air- and seafreight business.
- Financial Management: Strong financial and KPI mindset, with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial and operational data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Project Management: Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of local (German) regulations and industry standards.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
