Senior Manager of Analyst Engagement Programs

The Team:
This role is situated within the Strategy & Innovation group, specifically on the Market Intelligence team.
The Market Intelligence team is dedicated to consolidating competitive and market insights while managing Analyst Relations and supporting White Space analysis and proposals.
You will collaborate with various teams and leaders across the organization, including product management & engineering, product marketing, innovation teams, field marketing, investor relations, and communications. Regular interaction with the leadership team and key internal stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of this position.
The Role: As a Senior Program Manager for Analyst Relations, you excel in relationship building and project management. You possess the ability to effectively translate product and technology information, customer value, and thought leadership into impactful relationships with leading analysts (such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, etc.). Ideal candidates will be adept at creating and executing intricate program plans and presenting content to analysts, furthering our leadership in process intelligence and related software markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance: Establish and uphold project governance standards for our involvement in industry evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave reports, Everest PEAK Matrix), ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, policies, quality standards, and procedures. Monitoring and Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain an overview/dashboard of all analyst activities, capturing daily inquiries, proactively distributing relevant reports to stakeholders, scheduling briefings for teams, and compiling usage reports with top analyst firms. Relationship Management: Identify, cultivate, and proactively manage relationships with key analysts and industry influencers, facilitating a bi-directional exchange with our internal teams and experts. Event Coordination: Organize and plan Analyst Strategy Days and analyst programs at customer-facing events. Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts across Product Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and our Executive team to craft the analyst-facing narrative and tailored relationship strategies. Content Development: Collaborate with social, content, and campaigns teams to leverage published analyst research and create compelling commissioned reports and collateral to support brand, demand generation, and pipeline objectives. Research Monitoring: Keep track of analyst research agendas and coverage, share pertinent research with company stakeholders, and work closely with the competitive intelligence team. Education: Inform internal audiences about key analyst reports, evaluations, insights, and relevant topics to ensure effective utilization of analyst reports.Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Analyst Relations or a related field, with a proven record of managing complex projects and portfolios (experience within an analyst firm is advantageous). Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and industry best practices. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding cross-functional teams. Capacity to comprehend and integrate diverse agendas from internal stakeholders and analysts to foster a thriving analyst program. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with excellent communication and presentation capabilities, including experience presenting to business leaders or at events. Prior experience engaging directly with major IT industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. Proven ability to deliver results across multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often under tight deadlines. Must demonstrate strong business and technical acumen, being a self-starter with a proactive approach and initiative. PMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.What We Offer:
