- Collaboration with Business Leaders: Engaging with regional and national leaders to foster cross-functional alignment and secure investments in channel growth initiatives, particularly in eCommerce and Large Format Retail.
- Support for Regional Marketing Teams: Assisting regional marketing teams in enhancing their marketing execution in line with established channel expansion goals, while leveraging resources and insights from both the global and other regional marketing teams.
- Program Development and Execution: Leading the creation and implementation of global initiatives aimed at boosting engagement and loyalty among HVAC technicians and installers in key markets. This requires cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to deliver value not only in marketing but also in service, training, and other operational areas.
- Partnership Management: Maintaining strong relationships with joint venture partners to uphold the integrity of the Johnson Controls brand, while overseeing governance processes that support this objective.
- Marketing Function Administration: Collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to manage the broader marketing function through structured meetings and reviews, while supporting budget management and reporting, aided by a dedicated team.
- Metrics Reporting: Assisting the CMO in establishing consistent and regular reporting of marketing metrics, tailored to various marketing models and go-to-market strategies across different regions.
