**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Global Marketing Programs to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and investment in channel expansion activities, including eCommerce and Large Format Retail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with regional and country business leaders to drive cross-functional alignment and investment in channel expansion activities, including eCommerce and Large Format Retail.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to strengthen marketing execution according to agreed channel expansion initiatives, leveraging resources and learning from the global marketing team or other regional marketing teams.
- Lead the development and execution of global programs to increase engagement and loyalty of HVAC technicians and installers across key markets, working cross-functionally and cross-regionally to create value for this sales channel.
- Maintain close working relationships with joint venture partners, protecting the integrity of the Hitachi brand and overseeing existing governance processes that support this.
- Work closely with the CMO to administer the wider Marketing function through the right cadence of meetings and reviews across the business, and support management and reporting of budgets.
- Help the CMO establish more consistent and regular reporting of marketing metrics, based on our different 'marketing models' and go-to-market strategies in different regions.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in global marketing programs management, with a strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment and investment in channel expansion activities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional and country business leaders, marketing teams, and joint venture partners.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead the development and execution of global programs and manage a small team.
- Ability to analyze complex marketing data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
