IT Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Identifying and securing new client partnerships
- Fostering and nurturing existing client relationships
- Providing expert advice on IT infrastructure solutions
- Developing innovative projects and onboarding new Managed Service clients
- Collaborating with technical teams to design tailored solutions
- Leading contract negotiations to successful closure
- Assisting in the growth of product and service offerings
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Proven experience in IT service sales
- Familiarity with the regional market
- Strong technical acumen and interest in IT infrastructure
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
- Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., HPE, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware) are advantageous
- Fluency in both German and English
