About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
