Advanced Field Service Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Danaher. As a key member of our Field Service Team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic systems, immunochemistry, clinical chemistry, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic systems, immunochemistry, clinical chemistry, and automation systems
- Compliance with relevant regulations, such as MPG, MedGV, and VDE, as well as Beckman Coulter quality regulations
- Brief instruction of users in the laboratory and answering technical questions from customers
- Organization and optimization of personal spare parts inventory
- Timely completion of all administrative tasks, including recording customer service reports using Service Max
Requirements
- Completed training as a technician and/or comparable training in the natural science/technical field with 3-5 years of experience
- Strong technical knowledge (mechanics/electronics)
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in German and English
- Valid driving license class B
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technical service organization, ideally in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of regulations and standards concerning IVDs
