Die Rolle

Als Senior Engineer Service bei ZEISS werden Sie Teil eines agilen Projektteams sein, das sich auf die Entwicklung von Servicekonzepten und -lösungen spezialisiert hat. Ihre Aufgaben werden darin bestehen, Servicemaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung auszuarbeiten, zu entwickeln, zu begleiten, zu beurteilen und zu testen (Serviceability). Sie werden auch aus alternativen Serviceszenarien, wie z.B. dem Tausch von Komponenten, komplexen Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an optischen Systemen, die passende Lösung auswählen und vorschlagen.

Die Anforderungen

  • Ein Hochschulabschluss in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei Inbetriebnahmeszenarien wie z.B. Gerätejustage und Gesamtgeräteinbetriebnahme, Inbetriebnahme von Modulen (mit Anteilen der Elektronik, Mechanik, Mechatronik, EUV-Optik, Vakuumtechnik und Robotik)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ZEISS-Lithographieprodukte oder Interesse und Spaß sich in neue Technologien im Bereich Lithographieoptik einzuarbeiten
  • Interesse und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • Eine hohe Kundenorientierung und zeigen besonderes Engagement und Flexibilität bei den Einsatzzeiten
  • Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Hands-On-Mentalität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
