Job Title: Business Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Unit Manager to lead our Life Sciences business in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the profitability and quality of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Engineering Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in similar engineering activities, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong business development and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and PMI certification
