Workforce Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Management Assistant to join our IES Business Operations Team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our Workforce and Location Management Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating a comprehensive Workforce Strategy Framework, covering all influencing and impacting aspects.
- Help in the execution of assessments, preparation of reports, presentation decks, and communication materials.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize future-oriented skill and workforce demands in alignment with SAP's strategy.
- Prepare and conduct assessments to identify locations based on knowledge and available skills, generating a holistic location and skill map.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Business Informatics / Computer Science / Data Science.
- Computer skills: MS Office 365 (Advanced) – MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams, SharePoint.
- Language skills: Business fluent in English, German skills preferred.
- Team player: with analytical and communication skills, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, and communicative.
- Self-motivated and reliable: you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization.
- Others: Knowledge about and interest in the latest trends in Information Technology, Analytics and Data Science and Strategic Management and modern Workforce.
