About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Data Management Team as a Data Management Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of employee data in our SAP HR software, which is critical for various company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data in the SAP HR software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process contractual variations, personal data changes, and other employment-related documents.
  • Collaborate with various departments and functions to ensure seamless data flow and processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, colleagues, and managers, responding to their queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise on data management and related topics.
  • Understand and adhere to service level agreements and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude and adaptability.
