Student Assistant in Workforce Management

Role Overview

As a Working Student, you will play a vital role in supporting the team to develop a robust Workforce and Location Management Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of an inclusive Workforce Strategy Framework, addressing all relevant factors. This includes gaining insights into SAP's approach to Headcount and Skill Management, talent acquisition, and Location Management, culminating in the development of strategic guidelines.
  • Contribute to the execution of evaluations, preparation of analytical reports, presentation materials, and communication documents.
  • Engage with essential stakeholders to identify and prioritize forward-looking skill and workforce requirements in line with SAP's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and implement assessments to pinpoint locations based on expertise and available skills, creating a comprehensive location and skill inventory.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Advanced) – including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German being an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player with strong analytical and communication skills, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-focused, and articulate.
  • Self-driven and dependable, demonstrating initiative and a passion for being part of a dynamic team within an international setting.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the latest trends in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Strategic Management, and modern Workforce practices.
