Role Overview
As a Working Student, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of a comprehensive strategy for Workforce and Location Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in formulating a robust Workforce Strategy Framework that encompasses all relevant factors.
- Engage in understanding SAP's strategic approach regarding Headcount, Skill Management, talent acquisition, and Location Management, leading to the establishment of strategic guidelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of assessments, reports, presentation materials, and communication resources.
- Work collaboratively with essential stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize future skill and workforce requirements in line with SAP's strategic vision.
- Conduct assessments to determine optimal locations based on expertise and available skills, creating a comprehensive location and skill map.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Advanced) – particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Fluent in English, with German language skills considered an advantage.
- A collaborative team player with strong analytical and communication abilities, demonstrating enthusiasm, openness, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-driven and dependable, showcasing initiative and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team within an international setting.
- Interest in and knowledge of contemporary trends in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Strategic Management, and modern Workforce practices.
