Lead Negotiation Consultant

Together with your team from the Pricing Excellence division, you will assist various business units with all matters related to pricing strategies, proposal development, and negotiation scenarios.
Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your qualifications to support the Pricing domain in negotiation contexts, here’s how you can contribute:
- Prepare for critical negotiations with clients by developing negotiation techniques and strategies.
- As the Commercial Lead, conduct negotiations with clients alongside specialized teams.
- Support our leadership in commercial matters and utilize our Data & Analytics to make informed decisions.
- As a Lead Negotiation Consultant, devise solutions for pricing, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate our internal Commercial Team for your projects to ensure optimal negotiation preparation.
- Assist in the follow-up of negotiations and gather best practices.
- Conduct Commercial Quick Checks for medium-sized contracts.
- Review proposals based on established pricing principles.
- To become a Lead Negotiation Consultant (m/f/d) in Commercial Strategy / Pricing, you should possess a degree in (Business) Engineering, Business Administration, or Law.
- You should have several years of professional experience in the purchasing or sales department of a medium to large enterprise.
- You have independently led and prepared significant and complex negotiations.
- Experience in negotiation training is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ideally, you have experience in procuring Professional Services or have a solid understanding of the consulting industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential.
- Your demeanor is confident and competent.
- You are willing to travel as required.
