Deine Aufgaben
Wenn Du den Bereich Financial Services CIO Services mit Deiner Expertise voranbringen möchtest, dann sind dies Deine Möglichkeiten:

  • Du berätst unsere Klienten bei der Formulierung zukunftsorientierter IT- und Cloud-Strategien für Finanzdienstleister.
  • Als Teil unseres Teams analysierst Du die Geschäfts- und Anwendungslandschaft unserer Klienten und entwickelst sinnvolle strategische Roadmaps für die Cloud im Rahmen der Digitalisierungsstrategie.
  • Zusätzlich erstellst Du Governance-Konzepte (z.B. Aufbau eines Cloud-Center-of-Excellence) und optimierst Organisationen und Prozesse, um Cloud-Dienste effektiv zu nutzen (Cloud Operating Model).
  • Du begleitest unsere Klienten durch ihre Cloud-Transformation, insbesondere in Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Cloud-Anbietern wie AWS, Azure und GCP.
  • Du kombinierst betriebswirtschaftliches und technisches Wissen mit regulatorischen und prozessorientierten Anforderungen und entwickelst daraus konkrete Umsetzungsempfehlungen für unsere Klienten.
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten und gegebenenfalls auch von Teams, führst Mandatssitzungen und präsentierst die Ergebnisse gegenüber den Klienten.
  • Du baust Mandatsbeziehungen aus und entwickelst Beratungsprodukte innerhalb von KPMG.
  • Mit Deinem Fachwissen unterstützt Du Deine Kolleg:innen bei der Erstellung von Angeboten für Kundenaufträge – idealerweise bringst Du bereits ein Netzwerk zur Akquise von Neugeschäften mit.
Dein Profil
  • Um als Lead Consultant (m/w/d) im Bereich Cloud Strategie & Transformation bei uns tätig zu sein, benötigst Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in der IT-Beratung oder im IT-Bereich von Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen.
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Cloud-Strategien mit.
  • Du bist technisch versiert und informierst Dich über technologische Neuerungen und Trends, insbesondere im Bereich Cloud-Dienste.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und möglicherweise auch in der Führung gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst über Fachwissen in Bezug auf Organisation, Management oder Anwendungen in Banken und Versicherungen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab.
