Customer Success Specialist

As a key member of the Customer Success team at FactoryPal GmbH, you will play a vital role in driving the delivery of digital manufacturing projects. Your primary objective will be to achieve significant manufacturing performance improvements in collaboration with and for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with shopfloor teams to unlock the full potential of process improvements by combining lean management with data-driven process optimization using FactoryPal's shop-floor apps.
- Apply and learn lean and agile project delivery methods to support the timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery of Digital Manufacturing projects.
- Guide FactoryPal's customers through change management and performance improvement practices, including training, communication, and performance analytics, to support their digitization initiatives.
- Drive shop floor transformation by onboarding customers to FactoryPal solutions, implementing change and performance management, and applying process improvements.
- Analyze business, process, and machine data to conceptualize shopfloor solutions and implement operational excellence activities based on FactoryPal solutions and customer needs.
- Prepare and analyze various data sets to derive actionable insights to improve our customers' manufacturing processes.
- Develop and sustain deep, trustworthy relationships with customer counterparts, navigating both shopfloor and boardroom settings with confidence.
- Contribute to a highly innovative, multidisciplinary team to validate innovative concepts and digital solutions for the factory shop floor.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Production Operations Management.
- Initial project management skills and familiarity with respective methods and tools.
- Insights into process improvement, lean consulting, or operational excellence topics and initiatives in the production/manufacturing environment, ideally with a focus on process industry and continuous manufacturing.
- Enthusiasm for operational excellence in conjunction with shop floor management and Industry 4.0.
- Strong communication skills to share technical concepts with business and customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in office productivity and communication tools such as Office 365, Slack, Miro, and ClickUp, and initial exposure to data analysis, processing, and management technologies like Tableau, Grafana, Python, and Snowflake.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
