Front Office Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Shift Manager to join our team at the Mercure Hotel Berlin Zentrum. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front office team, including supervising and training staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process transactions and manage cash handling, including preparing daily accounts and invoices.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including guest feedback and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Hotel management or front office experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
