Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Business Development team, you will be responsible for:

New Client Acquisition

Identify and acquire new clients and projects for our business, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, fast-growing scale-ups, and renowned consulting firms.

Account Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and translating them into tailored solutions.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with key decision-makers from leading companies to support them on their most critical projects.

Innovation and Growth

Continuously improve our sales processes, innovate our approaches, and drive customer satisfaction. Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and further business development activities to drive our mission forward.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales or business development roles, with a true passion for sales.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a track record of consistently overachieving targets and being among the top 20% performers of your peer group.
  • Strong communication skills, with English as a must, and German or French as a nice-to-have.
  • A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics.
