Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies across designated business sectors, aligning closely with the overall business objectives. Utilizing key performance metrics and a comprehensive understanding of business operations, the role involves crafting tailored solutions and fostering innovation. Key areas of focus include employee retention, career advancement, performance evaluation, compliance oversight, and employee relations management.
Additional duties encompass the development and facilitation of training programs, project management, and the cultivation of relationships with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Advise and manage disciplinary actions using the Documentation & Termination System.
- Assist in the development and updating of policies, ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies through ongoing training and audit programs.
- Collaborate with store management to implement initiatives that enhance business outcomes (Talent Management, Career Development, Compliance Management).
- Engage in negotiations with the works council and joint works council, including drafting company agreements.
- Attend works council and joint works council meetings.
- Facilitate communication with the works council and joint works council.
- Work remotely for 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking skills with the capability to conduct analysis and risk assessments.
